STIRCRAZY NAME YOUR OWN PRICE BEAT SALE!
Stircrazy himself posted this on Wickedunderground.com:

http://www.StirCrazy.BandCamp.com

I want to do something different as I been noticing some people can not afford my normal beat prices. I

completely understand that a lot of artists are trying to scrap up money just to feed themselves and/or

family. Times are rough and I feel that people should not have to choose a beat over food, clothing etc.

Some my beat prices are a bit high for local artists and the struggling but very talented people in

internet land. I don't want the people that have less money to not be able to purchase a track. Even

though I have free beats posted around and lots of stuff for others to rip... sometimes its better for a

artists to have exclusives. Some want beats that not everyone has a chance to grab and that's perfectly

fine.

What I decided to do for the next month or so is to give others a chance to NAME THERE PRICE. You tell me

how much you want to pay for a specific Stir Crazy beat! Always make your offer as if you are only going

to get one chance to submit it. Take your time and make sure you thought it through.

I might not accept your offer but I will always try to come back with a number of my own and we can

negotiate. We can try to come up with something fair on both parts. I don't mind if you low ball but

please just explain your reasoning. You might be able to help me more then I can help you. Maybe you have

a huge fan base that will get to know me by yourself being on my production. Maybe you can shop my beats

to your homies and get soem Stir Crazy production on their album, or maybe your just living off minimum

wage with two kids. Explain why you deserve to have that (the) beat(s) and how you will use it and school

it like none other!

Tell me why you can only afford what you offered and even if its low I might except!! I'm not here to

take money from you that you need to pay important bills with. I want you to be able to live and have

some great production on your album at the same time. Please understand that it does cost me money and

time to make tracks and I have my own bills to pay.. otherwise all Stir Crazy beats would be free.

Most people would avoid taking offers of tracks for fear they will get customers that expect discounts

every time... but I am here to GIVE those "discounts". I want you tearing my tracks up and making great

music!

I'm not here to get rich! That is not my intentions. I'm here to support the scene, show love to others

by helping out to the best of my ability and have a great time making the music that I absolutely adore.

If you are looking for some beats and want a chance to offer then hit me up here or at:

StirCrazySPP@yahoo.com

We can make this work and fit in your budget one way or another. I don't want excuses anymore saying I

wish I could have/would have purchased (insert Stir Crazy beat name) but I couldn't afford it at a

certain time. I will even put a beat on hold/ "layaway" for you. After we come up with a number you can

pay a deposit to have that beat on hold until you pay the rest off so no one else can cop it. (After 30

days the deposit will be void and you lose not only the beat but your money) Please be smart about your

choices!

If you have another creative or helpful idea on how you can grab up a track from me then explain and

maybe I will agree and we can do it your way. Barter with me in some way. Im here for you and to make

fresh music. Lets not let anything hold us back anymore.

If you read everything you already took the first step.. now you have to head on over to

http://www.StirCrazy.BandCamp.com dig threw some dopeness and hit me up.

Thanks for your time and I hope this helps you in some way or another!

THE FN SPOT INTERVIEWS THE J. HEXX PROJECT
Also from Wickedunderground.com:
TFS: ok, Danny Jack here with the j.hexx project. lol what’s up bro?

J.Hexx: I’m chillin watching a snuff film. you?

TFS: lol, just chillin, doin work, and playin some music. damn, there is a lot to speak on right now, lol

I’m not sure who doesn't know about motcg right now but why don't you do the honors of tellin them what’s

going on.

J.Hexx: well in short MOTCG is a concept album that took 2 yrs to complete and develop. it is the

amalgamation of the horror film genre known as the Italian Giallo film, merged with cannibal film

aesthetics, very much inspired by films such as Cannibal Holocaust, Cannibal Ferox and mystery films. it

is such a different style of horror rap, or horrorcore, i decided to name it giallocore, which is A

concept horrorcore album, and hip hop music with horror themes that relies heavily on the rules and

creative aspects of the modern Giallo film, a genre of Italian horror film, that relies heavily on and

includes elements of horror fiction and eroticism, and are characterized by extended murder sequences

featuring excessive bloodletting, stylish camerawork and unusual musical arrangements. The literary

whodunit element is retained, but combined with modern slasher horror, while being filtered through

Italy’s longstanding tradition of opera and staged grand guignol drama. They also generally include

liberal amounts of nudity and sexually explicit themes. This combined with horrorcore, which is a sub

genre of hip hop that defines a style of hip hop music, focusing primarily around horror-influenced

topics that can include Satanism, cannibalism, suicide and murder. The lyrics are often inspired by

horror movies over moody, hardcore beats. This is the basis that forms Giallocore.

TFS: damn, i didn't even know it took you 2 years. and the entire album is going to be one big story?

J.Hexx: it is one story, just imagine you go to a movie theater to see a really gory, dark and violent

horror film in the 1970's. That is what MOTCG represents the grindhouse era of filming and the core

overall feeling of watching a shocking yet entertaining and yet also moral tale of a film. it has a big

social commentary in it, like the film of George a Romero. yet its violent and dream like argento or

lucio fulcis films if Romero and argent and fulci made a bastard film child MOTCG would be that film.

TFS: lol now from the snippets I’ve heard, I already like the style and way you've done some of the songs

so I cant even guess how it sounds all together. lol dirty ice seemed pretty impressed with it with that

review. but yes, uh isn't there also going to be an actual film?

J.Hexx: not a film at this point it takes real money and a team to make it but if i got a person to step

in and male it happen I would love to make this a film. the review dirty ice wrote on, he wasn’t aware he

reviewed a unmastered version of the album, so in reading that review I was impressed with its score,

cause if he liked it like before it got mastered fully, then he will most likely be shocked at how much

quality the album oozes out. menacide mastered the album.

TFS: lol well like i said man you got to hit up someone with the concept of that film. lol, damn! man,

speak on this Joe Castro review of just that trailer you put out.

J.Hexx: well Joe Castro is a person I’m friends with, he makes indie horror films. he directed The

Jackhammer Massacre which Lion's Gate Pictures distributed on dvd, Terror toons 1 and 2, many films. he

also does hands on special efxm a lot like tom savini, and worked with herschell Gordon Lewis the

godfather of gore, on blood feast 2 ,a sequel to the first gore film shot in color, Blood Feast. Also he

did special efx on films like Wishmaster three, and various other films. he saw the trailer and heard

some of the music and wanted to help show the authenticity that the trailer and music alone, are in stark

contrast to the grindhouse films of the 1970's and 1980's, and allowed me to display this to folks, so

they know that what I’m doing art wise, is a exact emulation of those films and era of grindhouse

theatre. it was more or less a expert horror persons thoughts on how it is an exact emulation of what was

once a great time in filmmaking, down to the editing and music style of the era. for joe castro to come

and be cool and co sign my art and work, i appreciated him a lot for it, he gets a lot of respect from me

based on his skill of special efx alone. i got a few pictures of his work . he is on facebook too under

facebook.com/joe.castro, add him if you like and check his horror efx work, he’s shooting a new film

called The Summer of Massacre or for short TSOM. he’s shooting it for Gorezone magazine UK, and is busy

doing movie after movie

TFS: word I’ll do that in a sec. so i guess the album is exactly what you were going for, as in using

that style. but any thoughts or ideas you want to share about the motcg? also PEOPLE, GO PRE ORDER

MOUNTAIN OF THE CANIBAL GOD @ LACOREMUSIC.COM! lol

J.Hexx: well i can say I’m proud of the album its my best work yet and it’s a deep and emotional

horrifying story. its about a person named Jake who had such a bit of a rough life, he loses his mom one

day and gets basically the worst day of his life. he goes to sleep after watching cannibal holocaust and

dreams about a jungle where a tribe called the Yanomamo are about to sacrifice a woman to their god of

death. he witnesses it, and wakes up to find his world is going to be shattered due to the dream. after

that folks will have to find out by hearing the album in its entirety!

TFS: lol damnit! well that’s one way to build anticipation. lol so how long are pre orders going to be

up, and what comes with pre-ordering?

J.Hexx: well preorders started as of oct 31st 2010. it ends on nov 30th 2010. what you get with a

preorder is exactly this: A hardcopy of Mountain of the Cannibal God- one of the most anticipated

horrorcore albums of 2010, UNCENSORED DIRECTOR'S CUT version.
-A digital download of SEV'RD CUTS COMPLETE- which includes both Sev'rd Cuts 1 and 2 , with another

additional 12 songs, not released, and just discovered lost tracks. Meant as a collector item marking the

changes in J.Hexx's musical abilities and style. First time clean release of Champagne is one of the

songs newly added to it!
-A digital download of WU PRODUCERS REMIX MOTCG Contest!-The contest held between wicked underground

producers Desecrated, Brok Homz, Josh Grooves, Marrow 61, Xqwzyt, Vyce and Probangers, including the

unheard infamous third round to remix A MOTHER'S LOVE.
-A Mpeg or WMV dl of the upcoming music video, Mountain of the Cannibal God uncut.
-And one 12 x 18 poster of the actual MOTCG Poster art to hang up at home.
-And one CANNIBAL SURVIVAL KIT!
all this for 15.99 plus shipping and handling, once day of release comes by we will sell the cd alone for

9.99 as of dec 1st 2010, same with posters we will sell posters solo

TFS: lol I need to get my order in REAL quick! lol for motcg and ER. but damn that survival kit still has

me wondering wtf could be in there. lol but that’s part of the surprise. the art work is fuckin sick for

motcg, who did that up?

J.Hexx: the cannibal survival kit is more for collection purposes and to get a decent laugh out it. in re

to the art, pez of cicada did the art. I contacted him and we became friends and I told him my vision for

the art. he does hand drawn and painted art. I saw some art for a unreleased Castro the savage and j rz

album that never saw the light of day except a post which had his art in it. the moment i saw pez art, i

knew he was the one who could convey my vision for motcg’s art. from there he worked on it for 2 months

and handed it in to me. Corey did the digital coloring on the art so he had a hand in making it look even

better.

TFS: well good pick, he did a damn good job. yeah that shit looked sick since the original draw up. lol I

personally like the one with the purple overcast, lol just the look of it. and also i heard that the

skits were done really well too. uh cross was involved with that right?

J.Hexx: yes. crossworm and me talk a lot, so one day after we spoke about motcg and what I wanted to do,

he not only supplied a beat for the song Karma is a Devil, he asked to be the lead role of Jake Alvarado.

so i gave him a shot since he wanted to try his hand at voice acting, and I made the best choice picking

him. plus i got the dirtcore co sign by him contributing production for that song i mentioned. he is a

great artist and producer, a great musical colleague and i was happy to have him as a part of the whole

album. Likewize did a amazing job too, he played like 5 roles in the album!

TFS: god damn bro that’s dope, crossworm is a hella great artist. lol and shyt i guess likewize was eager

to help. but lets get to some more questions real quick, what all influenced your style and made you want

to make music?

J.Hexx: i think horror film pop culture, old school hip hop and just my imagination got me doing what I’m

doing. my music influences are Gangstarr, leaders of the new school, gravediggers, tribe called quest, wu

tang clan and a lot of others. films of Lucio Fulci, Dario Argento, George Romero, Andrea Bianchi,

Italian horror and action films, a lot of horror shit I grew up on as a kid influenced me. goblin was a

great influence to my musical style as well as tangerine dream. Cam does some wonderful work as well as

Rick wakeman

TFS: word, uh I remember asking you before but I cant remember exactly what i ask but it was like, what

are your thoughts on the hip-hop scene? I think that was it.

J.Hexx: hip hop is all but dead i think

TFS: hmm, elaborate.

J.Hexx: well in this day and age what is marketed as hip hop is in actuality rap. some may say they are

the same and in all essence its somewhat true, because rap was spawned from hip hop. hip hop is a way of

life, its a way we express our own social outlooks of the world before our eyes and our way of expressing

it. its the way we see things in our minds and how we convey it into art forms such as breaking and graff

and djing/emceeing. its a bug culture, yet straight rap, which is a culmination of the expression of

materialistic things, and the glorification of those material things(cars women ,gold, etc) is what is

nowadays mistagged as true hip hop, and its not the audiences fault. its the fault of conglomerates like

mtv who market it as that, and that is what causes some confusion and debates. so because of this, we

have a generation of kids who think hip hop is what they are seeing and they are wrong. for real hip hop,

you would have to hit up indie cats like any artist on def jux records, mf doom, Rhymesayers, etc to get

the real raw uncut hip hop a lot of us old schoolers crave, and that still keeps the core essence of it

in the music they make. losing Keith Elam, aka Guru of Gangstarr, was a big influence on me musically. he

was a great example of real hip hop with meaning and purpose, and i was glad to learn a lot of that while

creating my own style of music.

TFS: word up, shouts to doom tree, def jux, and rhymesayers. I think you put it best "hip-hop=life,

rap=materialism" aight, aight, aight, so, what brought on the dual persona style you use?

J.Hexx: the fact I’m a Gemini, and i wanted to represent good vs. evil or a human consciousness if you

will. everything in my life has 2 things to it, so when i sat and thought about it, i felt it would be

cool to express things a lot form two perspectives instead of one., and it allows for a lot of art and

experimentation music wise on that aspect.

TFS: lol, hella. that’s one thing that i thought was really cool when i started listening to your music.

Ok, uh what was the inspiration for sevrd cuts 1 &2? and what was your inspiration for motcg?

J.Hexx: sevrd cuts 1 and 2 were meant as way for people t hear my music progression. a lot of the songs

were unreleased due to being incomplete or not mixed right, or just songs in demand not avail anywhere

else. so i felt i wanted to get this to people to see that i started somewhere too and progressed so to

me its more of a collectable and historical value to the listeners. the first one in a matter of 2 weeks

had over 3000 dls, so it was popular for its timing. Motcg was inspired by my thoughts on how the media

says violent horror films causes people to become killers which i feel is so untrue, its deeper than

that. it all stems from upbringing and seeing and experiencing a lot of strife, mental illnesses and

other things we cant control, that sometimes kind of pushes folks to do things like kill people, so as i

was creating the album it was while i was with 3se. that’s when i started developing it. then I ended up

on lacore after expressing my idea for motcg to Corey who runs Lacore Music, and he supported the idea.

my full inspiration comes from giallo films, cannibal films, and especially the films of Mario Bava,

specifically Blood and Black Lace, and A Bay of Blood, two excellent giallo films. Also Argento's film

Deep Red was a big influence for my ideas of the albums story and visual style, that is where my

influence for MOTCG is from.

TFS: hella, speaking of 3se, i already asked trips but I’ll ask you to, uh are you trips and kiltcha

going to do anything for snuff addicts any time soon?

J.Hexx: well that album is some time off, but i will say this now, The Snuff Addicts story wise was

completed before MOTCG, and i feel that they both share similar elements and influences, so after motcg,

which is the first Giallocore album presented by me, The Snuff Addicts will be my second Giallocore

effort. I’m planning to do a trilogy, but its not concrete yet. so there you go you heard it first here

TFS: hah, fuckin aye! lol i still play the hell out of that lizards in human skin track.

J.Hexx: yes its one of my favorite songs I conceptualized ever. trips was wonderful and he hit the nail

as far as the vision of describing the events in his verse kiltcha kind of ended it off. it was like a

opening for a horror film which snuff addicts, like motcg is a lot similar in that aspect. they are both

concept album based off the same material and influences but both are equally engaging deep stories

TFS: lol well the story of Judy, tom, and the rest will be told soon enough then. uh lets go to the show

question, uh what was your first show like?

J.Hexx: i did a show in a loft near Marcy projects in Brooklyn Ny, with other artists like Nutrageous and

Mindspray. it was awesome, this was back in like winter 2002. shit was great had over 200 folks there on

some underground hip hop event my friends threw. had a great reception and during this time, i was

regular this was before I decided to do the whole horror shit full blast and look the part using make up

and costumes. I opened up for the arsonists back in the days, and poison pen as well as mindspray and

others. i am also a former member of G.A.Me, which stands for Grassroots Artists MovemEnt, which

basically was started by a few folks like Ravage of the Mosta Island Czars , Immortal Technique, and a

few others, as a way to educate our community and future artists and producers how to get into making

your own music and how to navigate thru the music industry on your own, as well as offer political views

using hip hop as the weapon to allow us to express ourselves politically. i thank G.A.Me for teaching me

the truth about hip hop, and we were lucky to have a panel with M1 of dead Prez, and various other well

known hip hop artists who would speak to us about our musical and political situations in the music

industry itself. Monsta Island Czars

TFS: do you think you would be some where else musically if you stayed in Brooklyn?

J.Hexx: probably, i love new York. it is the foundation of who i am and what i am at this point. i may

have been somewhere else musically maybe. but who knows? i think anyone can make something of themselves

no matter where they are from, cause we all have interesting stories and songs to tell to folks. its who

you are not where you’re from that makes a artist a artist. that’s my view on it

TFS: lol well is there any chance people can hear the pre-horror j.hexx? what happened to confessions of

a horror fanatic lp and my youth in arcadia?

J.Hexx: those two projects will be done but currently are on hold. as far as some other stuff besides my

j.hexx persona, i have been thinking of a new way to do something different than what I’m currently doing

but at this time i don’t have much info about it. confessions is still being built , and youth in arcadia

might pop up sooner than folks know. so the rest i will keep secret for now until the right time, lol

TFS: lol aight aight. uh, what is your opinion on horrorcore right now? i know your trying to change the

way people see it with this next album.

J.Hexx: well, the only thing i think when i think horrorcore, is that we need a progression in it. a way

to basically express horror differently or at least present it differently. i feel there is some good

music in the genre but at the same time, there are folks who just started doing it, or are doing it

without understanding the foundation of it which coincidentally is hip hop first and foremost. a lot of

folks are like, hip hop and horrorcore ain’t or shouldn’t be as one, when horrorcore was crafted from it

in the first place. also i think the ones who are not making the good music in horrorcore aren’t taking

the proper precautions and don’t take the time to really sit and think about everything they are putting

into their craft. no one specific, just a general observation i had, and i think we as a genre and

community , we should try our best to do things in a more un orthodox manner. look at classic horror

films. know whose music your sampling and get to know music in general. some of the best influences don’t

even come form her same music i create, so its good to be open minded. i think if we all support each

other in the genre it’ll grow. but it all comes down to people supporting the artists they like. i think

horrorcore can grow but its up to all the artists in the genre to make it happen.

TFS: yeah, there needs to be a new way of marketing it, highlighting certain artists instead of the ones

the media took up that gave hc a bad name. so what’s up with lacore? can we the people look forward to

any great things soon to come?

J.Hexx: well lacore got a few interesting things going on, as with trips recently released ER , Grewsum

got a new album The Crazies, Wax has the Upcoming A Crows Perspective, and there’s more, just have to

stick around and see what’s sure to come! and of course motcg is almost here so its been eventful to say

the least. lacore also acquired the whole 3se crew, and a New Monsta Squad album for 2011 is in the works

as we speak. I’m also going back into the production side and coaching side for the new Monsta Squad

album.

TFS: oh word so a merger with 3se?

J.Hexx: i will be making a appearance on it so I’m excited for it, the last album is considered a new

classic. yes its all set in stone, lacore distributes the music and markets it, and 3se just has to

deliver the albums i had a lot to do with that deal, but I’m happy to say 3se is alive and still kicking.

hella, I’m looking forward to hear everything that’s coming out. Also i tried to get Castro the savage

on, and if you are reading this Castro holla at me.

TFS: what are your thoughts on WU and thefnspot?

J.Hexx: wu as in wu.com?

TFS: yup yup

J.Hexx: well Talley and wu.com have a working agreement that we will help each other out to help increase

the visibility of the scene and to help spread it out and teach others about how to record, make a

studio, and as well as a growing and thriving community. i personally know Talley is a great guy and he

loves the genre and loves music in general. he’s a straight up person, and i think he has been one of the

greatest assets in regards to wu.com and fn spots affiliation with each other. i think what Talley is

doing is phenomenal, and i think we need to help the fn spot spread its awareness of the site and its

music, because it benefits everyone involved to do so. i got nothing but love for the fn spot and i think

it'll last a very long time, because these are people who truly love this genre and they go out their way

to help getting artists exposure, without asking for anything but legit music downloads. i support the fn

spot and Talley and the crew 110% that’s how i feel about it

TFS: lol word bro we all need to support each other. lol i would ask about plans for WU, but i guess

that’s hush, hush. well, damn i keep losing track of time while doing these, lol is there anything you

want to say or any shout outs?

J.Hexx: well shout out to everyone who bought any of my albums, collected my songs, supported me and my

music, i thank them first cause they are who make me who i am. shout out to trips ,wax grewsum and 3se,

and big shout out to Corey at lacore for being supportive. to the fn spot and Talley and the crew, they

all are my peoples. and to everyone who loves horror films and loves horror related music, i salute you.

TFS: lol, word bro, well thank you very much for taking all the time to do this interview and chattin it

E2DAP RECORDS NEWS
Posted by Epitaph at Horrorcore.com:
D Greezy's E2DaP debut! LP Singles w/ Copywrite! + Mixtape track w/ Likewize + E2News
To bring those out of the loop up to speed, D Greezy is a reanimated corpse... Real shit too. Dude died for over 6 minutes a few years ago, technically he shouldn't be alive right now. At the very least he should have irreversible brain damage. Homie escaped the grips of the devil and had a talk with god, rap prowess aside hes got some metaphyical knowledge to drop on us all.

E2DaP signed D Greezy a few months back. With D Greezy's first album dropping real soon the time has come for us to really start pumping up his promo. He'll be our new front man (per say) and the dude has been hard at work this past half year. The first album he is releasing under our label will consist of hand picked tracks that I consider the the best work he has recorded to date. All rerecorded and sprinkled with that E2 touch. There will be one more track released as a single before the album drops. These tracks also mark the completion of the new E2DaP Sampler 2010

Those who heard what I posted of his in the chamber way back before E2 first signed him should really notice an improvement in both skill and audio quality now

"Untitled" Copywrite Production
This is the track featuring "Copywrite". Always nice to release a track featuring an artist I grew up listening too

http://soundcloud.com/e2dap/dgreezy-...write-untitled

"Don't Fuck With Me" Contagious Production
Its a solo track of his, an audience favorite, and the first/one of the single(s) we'll promoting E2.

http://soundcloud.com/e2dap/d-greezy-dont-f-k-with-me

"Creepy South" Badmind Production
This is the first track off of a side project album that E2DaP will be releasing. The group members consist of "D Greezy" "Epitaph" and "Web Three". This is the first track recorded for the album. Enjoy!

FEEDBACK IS DEFINITELY APPRECIATED! In my opinion D Greezy is the most "Horrorcore" artist here on E2DaP and is the new left hand man in my voltron. I really would like to know what you guys think. Lots more info coming soon. Lookout for some more Poltart work for his album cover.

That aside we've got a lot of work done on the Horrorcore Mixtape Vol3. It coming along very nicely. Here is the newest track fresh out the oven. It features "Rabid" of "Post Mortem" a local horrorcore act i gig with an friend of mine. I go 2nd. Likewize goes 3rd. Its to the MOP Cold As Ice instrumental.

http://soundcloud.com/e2dap/rabid-ep...ze-cold-as-ice

A small tid-bid of label news. One of E2DaP's international clients will be releasing a single under my moniker first quarter 2011. The track isn't horrorcore at all and has a super catchy hook. I look forward to seeing how that all plays out and will post the track up here once everything begins in wee bit.

Thanks for checking everything out

THANKSGIVING UPDATE

MC BUSHPIG SNIPPET
Saw on Youtube MC Bushpig posted up a snippet of "Molesting Your Intestines" from his upcoming album.

There's a sampler and promo tracks to be released soon at www.butchersharem.com

NEWS FROM CROSSWORM
Crossworm posted some news about his upcoming album Gut Rott as well as the band he's in Dear Dangerous:
Now that Devilz Nite has come and gone again I figured I'd stop in with a personal update because It's been a while since I've dropped any news.

I've started recording my new record "Gut Rott" and I have about 5 songs in the vault so far. This time around I'm going through and recording everything, mixing it, and then I'm going to listen for a few weeks. During that time I'm taking notes on it, and I'll re-hit everything from scratch. So I'm really going to fine tune it. The only person that has heard or will hear any of it, is Menacide. This time I'm going to keep a lid on it until it's ready to be promoted. Too often I've gotten excited and shown it off early, and that takes away the sexiness of what I love about creating. I'm going to "court" this album the way it deserves.

The majority of my work has been off of the Crossworm grid though. It's been a lot of research and development. My business partner and I just registered a record company, and a publishing company both as their own separate LLC. My band Dear Dangerous just released 3 new songs today for free over at http://www.facebook.com/DearDangerous

We're also flying out to Los Angeles at the end of January to film two music videos, one of which is for a song called City walls (I wrote the screen treatment for it). There's been a lot of planning, and shopping within our contacts. I'm also in the middle of putting together a cross promotion proposal with Covenant House, as a charity event aimed at helping homeless youth. Plus this monday I start apprenticing as a tattoo artist. A friend of mine ownd a shop in my city and wants to open another one with me and the artist I'm apprenticing under. So there's all kind of things happening on my planet that I'm really excited about.

I'm not entirely sure when Gut Rott is going to gather more steam but Dear Dangerous certainly is, and that can only help the dirtcore sound in turn.

That's it for now, I hope everyone has been well and I apologize for my absence from the scene. I'm around. Just doing my thing where it needs to be.

do good things !

NEWS FROM OUTBREAK MONKEY
Taken from Wickedunderground.com:
What's going on people? It's been a long minute since I dropped an update on everything going on in Monkey Land. Lots of things happened behind the scenes in the last couple months and I'm happy to start reporting on most of these things (gotta keep something secret right?). So without anymore random talk from me, let's jump into it...

Been There Done That:

- As most or some of you know by now, I dropped my first official main album "Collabine" earlier in the year. The album was well received and opened up a lot more doors for me. I thank everyone that picked up a copy of the album with a Special Cover & Poster (which won't be reprinted for the repress) and also helped out with the promo. This and more people downloading "The Residence of Evil EP (Extended Cut)" record, definitely help keep things alive over on my end.

What's Going On Right Now:
Photobucket

- Rick Dogg & the friendly butchers over at Wicked Wisconsin are presenting you with a brand new disc just in time for Halloween. The "Gerald Turner Syndrome" features most of your favorite Wisco artists such as Darkhalf, Tha Morgue, Outbreak Monkey, Mr. Green & more! Plus a few Bonus Tracks are rumored to appear as well.
- As some of you might remember 2 albums where announced in the Collabine inserts. One of them being the "Nightfall Invasion" EP from Me & Magnetik scheduled to be released this October... well, that's no longer the case! With both of us having a lot on our plate at the moment we simply couldn't get everything 100% done and didn't want what we did have get swallowed up amongst all the free releases coming out during that time of the year. So this is what's going on now. Merry X-Mas mofos cuz the album will now be a gift from us to you on December 24th - 25th... or not at all! Cover, Track List & Single coming soon.
- I was able to score myself a little review in the lasted issue of "Xplosive Magazine" thanks to the homeboy Mars. Keep your eyes out in the bay area for the magazine or hit up one of the shows once I get mine shipped to me. For all the online people that can't get the review in print form, I'll be posting it up once the magazine has circulated enough.
- Merch! Well, kinda... I got Outbreak Monkey - Collabine T-shirts on the way & the second pressing of "The Residence of Evil EP (Extended Cut)". Only a few graphic adjustments, nothing has been added or taken off. Collabine repress coming early next year.
- Contest! Come one, come all! Me and The Fn Spot will be bringing you the “Funktober Contest” as soon as we figure out how to give the prize away. The Grand prize will be 11 Brand New CD’s with a signed Poster. 2nd & 3rd place follow up winners will also receive a little something.

What’s Next:
Photobucket

- The second album that was hinted at in the Collabine insert was nothing other than… “Residence of Evil 2”! Like it or not, but the Crypt Creeper is set to return for this project. This album will be split up into two scenarios, A & B. The first part will feature 7 brand new cuts and the second 5 remixes from past horror themed songs. No date as of yet…
- I know I said that I would stop dropping mixtapes after “Prerolled: Monkey Funk Vol. 3”, but with so much extra material gathering up I had no choice but to compile a new one. You like unreleased, scrapped, remixed, alternate & cut tracks? Then “Prerolled: Best Buds Vol. 4” just might be for you! 15 tracks of what I believe will be the best edition to the series yet. Stay tuned for Cover, release date and Track List.
- For all the people that like to see me rock shit live soon will be your chance! I will be sharing the stage with Scum, Darkhalf, Monsta Squad & More come December. Watch out… for you just might get Buried Alive. Stay tuned for the official announcement and flyer very soon.
- I have also submitted tracks to a few compilations and mixtapes along with a bunch of guest spots that I recorded over the last few months. So be on the look out for those once the right people bring their projects into the light.

…as you can see this little monkey hermit over here as a lot on it’s plate right now so I apologize it’ll all be worth it in the end. I do this for fun and the select people that enjoy my music. Thanks for checking in with me again.
-Outbreak Monkey-

Stuff:

Saw a show flier I wanted to post up and also a review I did for a cat named Realizm.
Photobucket

REALIZM NASTY ILL FILTHY 12" REVIEW

1. The Lack Of
I like how he tied the intro with a song, I've always prefered this type of intro than ones that seperate the intro from a less than 60 second song.
Not to mention the beat and his flow were top notch, I actually would've liked for the song go on longer.

2. Nasty Ill Filthy ft. IDE
The second track keeps the vibe going that the intro created. I haven't heard much IDE in the past but after this song I'll be looking into him more.
Both Realizm and IDE's rhymes were great, and I think their flows complimented each others, they flow well together

3. Planet Suicide ft. Koolta
This is definitely my favorite track off this, it's beautifully eerie. The beat sets the atmosphere of the track with the bluesy guitar combined with the singing really gets me going.

4. Blue Genes Remix
The last track is little more uptempo than Planet Suicide, but keeps that eerie feel to it.

All in all I gotta say I will definitely look more into Realizm's stuff, and this one definitely makes me wish I would've kept my record player as it is vinyl only.
Side A shows his ability to make more upbeat tracks, and showcases his abilities very well. And on Side B you get to see him play on some darker subject matter, showcasing his ability to envoke emotion through his songs and setting atmosphere.
Both sides show a seperate side of his music and abilities, in those respects this was very well put together, and I'd definitely recommend the purchase, that is if you have a record player.(and if you do lemme borrow it lol)
Also I'd definitely like to see him do more collabs, especially with Owl of Gouki Productions. I think they would definitely work well together.

Woooooooooo another biggun.

MY BUDDY TREV'S GOT NEWS!
My good friend Trev hit me up on Facebook with some news and whatnot with news that I've missed, and looks like I missed alot:

In 1998 a demon was spawned into the music industry but it wasn't until 2002 when he dropped his second solo release through a distribution company (Songs Only Mother Can Love) that’s when he started to infect his listeners in a wider audience. Two years later inspired by Madison Wisconsin's finest Ed Gein and the thoughts of what goes on inside a dysfunctional family back in 1906 when there wasn't any medication for the mentally ill he then created (The 5 Myrtle Massacre). Now in 2010 he is back with his best work yet (The Afternoon of extravagant Delight) Drug addiction meets a paranormal phenomena in this repugnant tale of death's entrapped beauty, When your lights go out let this be the soundtrack to your afternoon of delight. IN STORES EVERYWHERE THIS FALL. ADD HIM ON FACEBOOK!!! http://www.facebook.com/KARDIACbook
link to cd cover: http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash2/hs151.ash2/40903_131205116924547_100001051770536_180729_741819_n.jpg

Got word on a new group forming on strange music..
The Donner Party - is Brotha Lynch Hung, Prozak and C-Lim(Hung's brother)
Sounds like some straight up psycho ass cannibal shit. Complete with custom made masks, human flesh from female ass cheeks and shit stitched together like leatherface. haha
Lim as the hunter, Prozak as the butcher and Lynch as the cook.
Plus new Project Deadman is in the work's and looking to release next next year & new Prozak solo EP "The Hitchcock of Hip Hop"

Former psychological rapper Sean Strange announced his debut solo release will be out on 11-02-10 called "Street Urchin"
Also download "Up To No Good" Mixtape Vol.2 (The Pre-Urchin) for free at http://www.facebook.com/NoGoodSeanStrange

got sum kryptik news..
"The Super Secret project has been revealed. KRYTPIK has come home to Cutthroat Productions. This will be the last CD ever by the duo. The upcoming CD is entitled "The Last Horror Show" and will feature appearances by Darkhalf and Razakel, two key acts in Kryptik's success. They started as Cutthroat and they will end as Cutthroat. The release date for the CD is right around the corner, October 5, 2010. Just in time for you to blast this during the Hallows Evil season!"

Again a huge thanks to Trev for this news!
And now for what I've dug up:
